♕ Section I: Rules and Explanations

- Help other members.
- Members should endeavor to help others as much as possible, as we in Fox encourage cooperation and harmony amongst the guild.
- Always enjoy your time and maintain a positive attitude.
- The State Council tries to let everyone have fun in the Kingdom of Foxes, so members should grant the same kindness to others.
- Do not change your username in-game without notifying a higher up.
- If you want to change your username, we will kick you and re-add you after the change. This is done to avoid the double-name glitch in guilds.
- If you fail to do so, you will be cut off from the guild on all platforms. You are , however, able to re-apply.
- Do not invite anybody into the guild without the authorization of the Council.
- Only the Council Secretary has the power to approve applications. You can invite a new member in-game after the Secretary has accepted them, but you need authorization first.
- Tampering with someone's rank in the guild is not tolerated.
- If you have the power to edit the ranks of lower members, you are not allowed to unless given approval by the State Council.
- Spending an unnecessary or excessive amount of money on defending territories is ill-advised.
- Please keep in mind that the guild bank does not consist of only your contributions; it is the combined effort of all guild members. It would discourage members from donating in the future if they hear their contribution was poorly spent.
- Stay active and contribute to the guild when you have time.
- This will make you a candidate for future medals and titles, valuable symbols that represent loyalty and dedication to the Kingdom of Foxes. If you are inactive for two weeks or more without a pardon from the State Council, you will be automatically kicked.
- Be respectful, even to those who oppose us.
- Resorting to disrespect in an argument reflects on not only you but the guild as well.
- Do not become involved in flame wars, and especially do not initiate them.
- If found guilty of this, you will be kicked. Our goal is to create and maintain a safe environment for all. We are not a shelter for people to hide in when they do wrong.
- Always respect your higher ups.
- Lack of acknowledgment of authority will get you in trouble, since it reflects disobedience and chaos onto the guild.
- Remember our motto: Glory to the Rightful .
- Kingdom of Foxes ensures acknowledgement of merit, and we honour the contributions of members. Loyalty to the Crown is rewarded while treachery is punished.

♕ Section II: Guild Values

- Respect
- Show respect to those who ally with us, as well as those who oppose us.
- Loyalty
- R emain true to your guild and your friends, and do not turn your back on them.
- Ambition
- Strive for excellence in yourself and in the guild; you will not know until you try.

♕ Section III: Ranks

A member’s in-game rank is the simplest, most identifying element of their place in the Kingdom of Foxes’ linear hierarchy. They are closely related to a member’s position in the guild, and are what hold actual power in-game. The following table outlines the guild’s achievable ranks.

Rank
Description

Chief
Members of the State Council. These roles vary and will be explained in Section IV.

Captain
The second-highest achievable rank, and given to honoured members who have proven themselves over time. The Kingdom of Foxes relies on its captains to set examples for new members.

Recruiter
The third-highest rank and awarded upon becoming a full member of the Kingdom of Foxes. Recruiters may not invite anyone without authorization from the State Council.

Recruit
Newly joined members of the guild under trial.

♕ Section IV: The State Council

The State Council is the Kingdom of Foxes’ governing body, and only members of the Council may hold the rank of Chief in-game. A majority of the guild’s members will not hold a position in the Council, but those who do have different responsibilities that they must oversee. The following table outlines the positions in the State Council and their accompanying duties.

Position
Duties

Council Secretary
Manages applications and the thread.

Council Justiciar
Player management and relations.

Council Chancellor
Manages foreign relations with other guilds.

Council Designer
Manages art for the guild.

Council War Commander
Attacks and holds territories.

Council Treasurer
Manages guild shop and emerald supply.

Council Advisor
Manages events and answers questions concerning the guild.

♕ Section V: Titles and Addresses

TItles and addresses are awarded by the State Council to members who it wishes to honour, in recognition of loyalty and dedication. Promotions in a position’s class usually come with a promotion in in-game rank as well. A position marks a member’s place in the Kingdom of Foxes’ hierarchy, and is awarded or taken away entirely at the Council’s discretion.

Members with noble positions are expected to act with a higher degree of responsibility and maturity, in order to set an example for newer and less-experienced members of the guild. However, it is important to note that positions do not hold any actual power: those are granted by ranks. The following table outlines the possible positions, which are separated into classes, and their forms of address.

♕ Section IX: The Alliance

The Kingdom of Foxes is a member of the Valkyrie Alliance, which contains the following guilds:

The Valkyrie Alliance, or VA, was established for the purpose of solidifying the friendship between its two founding guilds Kingdom of Foxes and Imperial on June 2, 2015.

HaHaUnited, or HHU, was created on May 9, 2015. They joined the alliance on May 20, 2016 under Ha_Ha_Redstone and are currently led by ChocoTacoBoy11.

The Holders of LE, or HoL, is led by Drew1011. They were formed on December 21, 2014, but are temporarily inactive until guilds are fixed in-game.

Lightly Toasted Heroes, or LTH, was founded on December 26, 2014 and first joined the alliance on December 12, 2015. They are led by Emmie and klove89.

The Kingdom of Foxes, or Fox was originally formed on June 2, 2014 by Queen LoveLusting of the Foxes. After it was disbanded, she gave her blessing to Drew1011 and Teumessi, who currently lead Fox, to continue the guild’s legacy on November 21, 2016.

Although the guild Imperial, led by YunoGsai, is presently not officially affiliated with the Kingdom of Foxes, it was once our sister guild and thus it is frowned upon to attack them.

Occasionally events are held, which are usually alliance-based. This means all members of the Valkyrie Alliance are invited. Events are hosted for a variety of situations, including the promotion of members who the State Council has recognized.
