Titans Valor [ANO] Hierarchy

Shown above is the Titans Valor [ANO] Hierarchy. Although, I will go more in detail of each position, and how they connect with the other roles. From the beginning, we will start.

Recruits
When joining Titans Valor [ANO] you gain this role. It is fairly simple.

[ANO] Council
To join the [ANO] Council, you must have been a recruit for at least a week. Also, instead of writing an application, you will need to ask the leader, and then you will be interviewed to see if your worthy to be a member for the council. In order to be more considered for this position, you should have contributed to the guild in ways such as donating xp.

Recruiters
Recruiters are players in the [ANO] Council who have done amazing work referring their friends to the guild. In order to recognize them, this is a rank they have while in the [ANO] Council

All players with promotions/ranks above the [ANO] Council are still part of the council, although they have higher ranks that contribute to other parts of the guild as well.

Continuing with the ranks/roles, now there are captains

Captains
Captains are not only leaders in war, they also have a higher role in the [ANO] Council. Although, this rank is earned for doing amazing work for the guild, also for helping out in guild wars frequently. Not all captains selected will be leaders in war. Some will help more with the community side of the guild.

Advisors/Lead Advisor
Advisors play a huge role in the [ANO] Council, and they are advisors to the leader. They help oversee other guild members, that they are doing their roles properly, and help lead among guild members. The Lead Advisor is a role given to an advisor that has worked exceptionally hard for the guild, and has dedicated a lot of time towards the guild. In order to become an advisor, you must have experience in other areas of the guild, and chosen by the leader.

Leader
The leader is in charge of watching over the whole guild, and makes sure the advisors are looking over the other positions properly. They are the lead of the [ANO] Council, and work among their advisors, and guild members.

This is the end of the Titans Valor [ANO] Hierarchy document.
Please note that there is a separate document for guild members to view their weekly assignments, depending on what role they obtain.
