If you clicked this thread, odds are you know what Federation was. However, after seeing two threads made about its collapse, I felt obligated to make a proper and complete tribute to the guilds and to the people that helped Federation be so successful
8 months and 25 days.
Aside from ~3 days in March, Federation maintained control of the map for roughly 9 months straight.
That is the only time a mega alliance has managed to maintain such heavy control over the map for so long, and considering all previous ones struggled to make it to 3 months, it is certainly a great feat.
In this thread, I would simply like to give thanks to all those who contributed to the alliance, no matter how big or how small their efforts.
To begin, a list of every single guild that was ever a member of Federation, in no particular order. (To the best of my knowledge and logs I have access to, this list is complete. However, if I missed a guild, please inform me and I will add it)
Kingdom Foxes [Fox]
Imperial [Imp]
The Hive [THI]
Emorians [ERN]
Paladins United [PUN]
Sins of Seedia [SDU]
KingdomPhoenixes [Phx]
LE Flowers [LEF] --> DiamondDeitites [DDT]
Holders of LE [HoL]
Serpentem Empire [SNK]
Immortalish [Smd]
Titans Valor [ANO]
TheEnchanted [Tch]
Angels of Eternal [AoE]
Buildcraftia [BCr]
Death Reapers [DxR]
Deimos [Ric]
The Divine Swords [DsQ]
DogsAmongUs [DAU] --> White Lotus [LTS]
Fantasy [Fux]
Hall of Fame [HoF]
IceBlueTeam [IBT]
Illustratus [lus]
Kasai Shinrai [Two]
As Darkness Falls [ASF] --> Constellations [Ari]
TheNoLifes [TNL]
Lunatic [Mox]
Verinian Trials [ViT]
Ex Nihilo [Nih]
Angelic [SKY]
Renegade [ReA]
Aphelion [Aph]
Arisen [Ris]
Metric [Met]
Odysseia [Oys]
Nethers Ascent [TNA]
Minerva [Min]
37 guilds. 40 if you count guilds such as LEF and DDT to be entirely different ones.
That number blows my mind. Even though I was there for every minute of it, I find it hard to comprehend just how many people's work and dedication went in to keeping it running.
In the end, it wasn't a massive war that killed the Federation, it was boredom. Maintaining control of the entire map for 9 months straight gets boring, and many guilds began to clamor for change. What killed Federation was what has killed the vast majority of alliances: internal affairs. All it takes is for one guild to leave, and it can start off a chain reaction and for all those I know have been asking, that is what happened in this instance. One guild left early, roughly 3 AM EST on Saturday the 10th of November, and then the floodgates opened.
Considering this thread is intended as a tribute to the alliance, I figured I should thank some of the leaders that worked so hard.
But before I do that, ironically I would like to thank all the opponents that fought us. Without you, it would have been much more boring. Without competition, we would have died far sooner. Without you, it wouldn't be a game.
And again in no particular order,
To leaders, to allies, and to friends:
@simplyinfinity_ , for being the one to first consider and accept the proposal of merging our alliances and forming The Federation, and for working to maintain friendly relations between the guilds.
@AurumKitsune , for setting up the discord and coming up with things such as the 2/3 majority voting rule that contributed greatly to its success
@Viaire , for being perhaps the best mapmaker the alliance had, and for probably contributing the most to the stability of Federation over its lifetime because of it.
@Ascended Kitten , for although you love causing chaos we both know that most of the time you worked hard to keep the alliance stable and together, and I'll always appreciate it
@Goden , for warring nonstop for months, wtf bro that cant be healthy get some sleep the alliance will be here in the morning (oh wait...)
@Thundderr , for allowing HoL to shine once more and for being there for us in the crucial beginning months
@Hitoro , for being a calming and friendly presence to all those there that might have needed it
@IceResistance , for always pushing the leaders to be the best in everything.
@OliviaLime , for slapping the sense in to people when nobody else wanted to
@Dwicey , for (mostly) always being a true ally when it was most needed
@Nitrogen2Oxygen and @Icey_Diamond , for always being a most sincere and trusted friend to the alliance, and to me
@ItzVmark03 , for being mark. What else? Legitimately one of the nicest people I've ever met and your mere presence likely contributed more to people staying calm than any other person
@21(n) , for always pushing for leaders to put aside their own interests and do things for the alliance as a whole
@Magicalyule , although probably one of the most divisive, I feel the controversial issues you brought to the attention of the alliance, in the long run, contributed to its success
@shelaqueen , for being you uwu
@WynnChairman , for always finding ways to contribute, even when you couldn't always do it in direct ways such as wars
@Milie , for creating tools that made the map makers not want to die as much
@Tntdestroyd , for fighting hard to reclaim the map back in March. As much as we've been at odds, I'll always be thankful for your contributions in the time you were with us.
@Slayne , for being so straightforward about what you want and for always staying loyal so long as you got it. Sounds kinda sarcastic but I assure you it's not, I sincerely appreciate that attitude.
and finally to my Queen
@LoveLusting , what could I possibly say that you don't already know?
With that, I'll say my final goodbye to the alliance we helped build together, to the friendships we forged, to the memories we made, and to the fun we had.
Long live Federation.

Glad I was apart of it for the entire ride. Kind of sad to see it end but nothing ever truly lasts. Was fun!
Thanks for the journey!

As someone who was in Federation for most of its existence, ive seen most of it. Even though a lot of people in Fed dislike me i must say it must of been the most enjoyment ive ever gotten out of wynn.
The Federation will be missed.

Stressful but fun I guess, not much else I can say as I'm off playing other games. Hope you all will have fun and may the map be a place for competiton again.
(Until next mega alliance comes and tries to take over the whole damn thing again.)
