Are you looking to get into the Wynncraft guilds but not so sure where to start? Whether you’re an old OG homie or a new player, this guide provides all the essential information about guilds, their benefits, how to join one, and where to find the perfect guild for you.
What Are Guilds?
Guilds are player-made communities that make players collaborate, compete, and socialize. They’re the only "stable" communities a player can find in-game that are run by the player base itself. Most of the time, it’s fun being in a guild, trust me.
Benefits of Joining a Guild
Being part of a guild has a few advantages, including:
- Community: A bunch of friends to talk to and play any activity with.
- Warring: One of the best endgames out there is only accessible through guilds, which is very hilarious, but you will surely enjoy it (not everyone does, though).
- Events: Many guilds host exclusive events, giveaways, or other activities.
- Guild Bank: A community-shared bank that can provide cool items for you and others in your guild.
- Guild Raids: The best and hardest raiding type in the game is only accessible through guilds. You gain more aspects/reward pulls by doing it.
- Tomes: The only way to obtain extra skill points is by joining a guild and getting a tome. Usually, most guilds give them for free if you just ask nicely, though some might have tome queues.
How to Join a Guild
Joining a guild is very easy, but here are some steps you might want to follow:
- Identify the Right Guild: Determine what you’re looking for in a guild (e.g., professions, warring, raiding, chatting, etc.).
- Check Requirements: Make sure you meet the guild’s level and other requirements.
- Submit an Application: Most guilds require an application, which can usually be found on their private Discord.
