If that's the case, this alliance will last longer than others because it's new and is working together. Other alliances may fall due to time, and turn to dust.

You are correct huge, Time will break all things, down in time Wynn will go down, Ordo Malleus will disband and many other things will happen. In the end it is not how long something lasts, it is the experiences, the relations you acquire and the friends you make as well as we fun you have that truly matter. That is why i have created this alliance.

Yea, how about we stop talking about how Ordo Malleus will eventually and we simply focus on how strong the bond between the guilds are. Because frankly, I don't want to hear about how time will break the alliance anymore, alright? Thanks.

Guild Collaboration
Each guild within the Ordo Malleus alliance will be required to create a council of at least 4 members. This council must include :
- 1-2 War Commanders ( excused for merchant and community guilds)
- 1 Diplomat
- 1 Community Manager
- 1 Executive/Merchant (Optional)
Councils can be Either voted in by the members or chosen by the leader of the guild. Each member of the council will need to take part in different tasks:
1. War Commanders will apply themselves to lead, inspire the members of a guild and commit to defending and capturing areas the guild owns. They will also collaborate with other guilds War commanders to plan attacks on Enemy guilds and ensure the Alliance is protected at all times.
2. Diplomats are the voice of the guilds. Their task is to create, maintain and fix guild relations around the Alliance. Any problems that are inter-guild related must involve the diplomats to resolve it in a peaceful and calm manner and ensure the continuation of this great alliance.
3. Community Manager , One of the most important tasks of the council will fall to the Community managers, who will need to encourage member activeness. This can be done by events, drop parties, and other activities. Furthermore Community managers will aim to maintain the alliance reputation and entice the wider community to take part in Ordo Malleus Events.
4. Merchants/Executives are to ensure the LE keep flowing around the guilds and the alliances. They are to maintain the guild bank by adding more Emeralds to it, as well as making sure each member of their guilds has enough LE to acquire better gear and be in top shape.
The official Guild Councils will be Written up at a later date.

Anyway, moving onto something of importance besides talking about when the alliance will crumble. How about we get a signature made for this? Personally I would be more then ecstatic to have it displayed on my sign off that I was a member of this.
