yosteric5 owned Libertas [Lir], the second-largest territory holder on the Wynncraft map in 2016.

Holders of LE (2015)

Before Libertas he ran Holders of LE on behalf of its absent owner SSEEBBYZ. In a 2015 forum post the guild's member Kuroi described him as "the stand-in leader of HoL, our guild" while petitioning Spham, the leader of Kangronomicon, to persuade SSEEBBYZ "to kick him out of the guild or demote him"^[1]. Drew1011 — named in the post as one of the members behind it — was a party to the dispute.

By Drew1011's account the approach failed and the members involved instead raised their grievances with yosteric5 directly, who made two of them Head Chiefs^[2]; that later he demoted Drew1011 from co-leader to recruit on learning of the plot, and then removed him from the guild^[3]; that the two reconciled and Drew1011 rejoined as co-leader on 13 September 2015^[4]; and that on 22 September 2015 SSEEBBYZ sold the guild, after which yosteric5 was demoted and left, taking a number of members with him first to Validus and later to Libertas^[5]. yosteric5's own version of the quarrel was never recorded.

Libertas (2016–17)

The guild's recruitment thread, which he opened on 30 March 2016 and kept for eighteen months, gives its leadership as three people: "Owner: yosteric5. Co-Owner: Amplitude. Head Chief: Master_NinjasHD."^[6] He posted its progress as it climbed — "Libertas is now Ranked #15! we hit level 43 today! I would like to think my active war members for all there hard work"^[7] — and by the thread's last revision, on 6 November 2016, its header read "Guild Rank: 2, Guild Level: 62".^[8] In September 2016 Libertas held 60 of the map's roughly 332 territories, behind only HackForums.^[9]

Libertas joined Ordo Malleus on 1 December 2015; Drew1011 says he sponsored the application after the two "made our amends"^[10]. It appears in the alliance's February 2016 roster^[11]. Drew1011 also asserted that Ezura of Validus "had given Yosteric the funds to create the guild"^[12]; how Libertas was funded was never otherwise recorded.

He was well connected across guild lines — "I do know that especially since I always talk to yost", a poster wrote in August 2016 when the HackForums bloc came up^[13] — and his personal availability was read as a measure of the guild's strength: "Yosteric and Lir wont be too difficult, as their warring standards are usually based around yos being on", a rival wrote that October.^[14]

One request went unanswered. On 9 August 2016 a Libertas member addressed him in the thread: "I just wanted to know the name of our alliance and if I can make a guild shop."^[15] No reply appears in the thread's twenty-six pages, and no name for the bloc was ever recorded. He is listed as Libertas' owner in the Emperium of Wynn roster of May 2017^[16], and his last recorded post, accepting two applicants, is dated 21 September 2017.^[17]
