Crokee founded Profession Heaven [PROF], created on 20 January 2021 to hold the south-eastern Dernic profession territories and share their guild-XP boosts with any player who wanted them^[1]. Five days after the guild's creation it was granted protected neutrality by both Goose and Artemis, then at war; no surviving public source names the brokers of that arrangement^[2].

Crokee opened the guild's forum thread on 9 February 2021 and used it to write neutrality into the guild's own law. War members were required to "Keep the guild as neutral as possible towards all other guilds. No bias towards any guild", to fight only defensively — "You may NOT war to take any territory outside of SE, except for FFAs" — and to "Be able to communicate with other guilds while keeping an unbiased stance towards them"^[3]. Permanent members had to "agree to not have ANY affiliation with any prior major guild that held several territories over long periods of time. Meaning to resolve any potential conflicts of interest relating to other guilds", and were barred from cycling out into major guilds^[4].

The open-door mechanics were unusual: anyone could join as a temporary member with "no requirements... except to join the guild Discord", with no obligation to do anything guild-related, and the guild kept room for "a full server + 41 permanent members" of profession grinders^[4].
