Luna fought Kingdom Foxes across more than 300 territories from 15 Feb 2019 — its second day of existence — until Fox joined the alliance on 8 Jul 2019, directly after the Treaty of Ternaves. No contemporary document names the war.
Background
Luna was formed on 14 Feb 2019 to counter SOL, the war alliance born from the Federation's ashes. Some retellings list Kingdom Foxes among Luna's founders[1]; in fact Luna was at war with Fox from its second day of existence[2].
Course of the war
From 15 Feb 2019 Luna fought Kingdom Foxes across more than 300 territories. Imperial alone attacked Fox 660 times between 16 Feb and 8 Jul[3]. No contemporary document so much as names this war. It ran continuously for nearly five months while Fox stood outside every bloc.
Aftermath
The war ended at the negotiating table rather than on the map. On 6 Jul 2019 Fox signed the Treaty of Ternaves with the Luna members The Simple Ones and ThisIsMurica, and directly afterwards, on 8 Jul 2019, Kingdom Foxes joined Luna itself[4]. Within ten days the enlarged alliance had wiped every remaining guild but Avicia and gained full control of the map[5].
Fox's membership proved short and consequential: it left on 18 Sep 2019 during the Luna-Terra war[6], the departure that finished Luna's collapse.
