Wynncraft guild created in March 2020 that declared independence by treaty in 2021, was invited into Vanir and helped collapse it three weeks later, won guild Season 4, and disbanded in March 2023 while a member of smtn elf.
Nefarious Ravens' political career began only in 2021 and ran less than two years.
History
Independence and Vanir (2021)
Ten days after the Great Collapse of 11 May 2021, Nefarious Ravens signed the Treaty of Damask with The Simple Ones on 21 May, declaring its independence from the new blocs; the treaty's terms beyond that declaration were never recorded[1].
That independence lasted about six months. On 1 December 2021 the guild was invited into Vanir, the successor to Valhalla formed three days earlier — and on 18 December it was one of four guilds whose simultaneous departure collapsed the alliance twenty days after its founding (Vanir collapses). The cause of the departures was never recorded[1].
Season 4
Nine days after leaving Vanir, Nefarious Ravens won guild Season 4, which ran from 27 December 2021 to 28 February 2022, with a season rating of 10,085,533[2]. It was the guild's only crown.
Cucumber Company, smtn elf and disbanding
In the spring 2022 realignment it joined Cucumber Company, appearing as '[NFR] - Nefarious Ravens' on the fourteen-guild roster posted to the megalist on 26 June 2022 — the last public alliance roster ever published[3]. It carried through the alliance's rename into smtn elf that autumn[1].
The guild disbanded in March 2023: '[fuy] joined the map-holding alliance mid-season, while [NFR] has left on account of the guild disbanding.' Its claim was redistributed — most to fuy, with Canyon Waterfall North, Bandit Cave Upper, Burning Airship and three Cinfras territories released to the Light Forest free-for-all, Path to Ozoth's Spire Mid to UTL and Bandit Camp Exit to Idiot Co[4].
A guild record under the same name and tag still exists — level 92, 47,870 recorded wars, seventeen members, no territories, its listed owner last online in July 2023 — apparently a dormant remnant rather than a continuing guild[5].
