SOL was the Wynncraft war alliance born from the Federation's ashes in late 2018 — the power Luna was explicitly formed to counter on 14 Feb 2019. It last appears in June 2019, with no recorded dissolution; its roster was never published.
History
Creation
SOL was created in the post-collapse chaos following the Federation's fall of 10 Nov 2018[1], around December 2018.[2]
The war with Luna
On 14 Feb 2019, Luna was formed "as an alliance to counter SOL," and the two blocs fought through the spring as part of the Alliance Wars of 2019.[3] SOL was still a current bloc in June 2019 — "the current SOL and Luna guilds"[4] — and then disappeared as Luna consolidated the map in July. No dissolution was ever recorded.
Roster
No member list of SOL was ever published. Its six guilds appear to have been DiamondDeities, Achte Shadow, Wrath Of Poseidon, Beyond the Scene, Spectral Cabbage and, from January 2019, Ecliptic Awakening: all fought Luna's founders from Luna's founding onward — Beyond the Scene alone accounting for nearly 4,000 territory exchanges — while showing near-zero fighting among themselves.[5][2] DiamondDeities' membership is consistent with the Treaty of Rodoroc — its peace with Kingdom Foxes, effective 2 Mar 2019[3] — and with a late-2018 arrangement to share Molten Heights with Fox.[1]

SOL bridged the Federation's fall and the alliance wars that consumed 2019: it inherited the map's chaos, provoked Luna into existence, and dissolved into obscurity without a recorded ending. Several of its members resurfaced in the autumn blocs — DiamondDeities and Achte Shadow both appear in Terra.[2]
